Back the 90’s I coached the only way I’d actually known, “I” development energy and option football. This is a major differ from whenever we first started and had lots of hesitant rookie “daddy” coaches. I get to see (research) how different successful Large College and College clubs do things. I’ve been lucky to know coaches like Bobby Bowden, Pete Carroll, Jim Tedford and Les Miles along with top Large College and Lower Department University coaches. Maybe more importantly I reach keep in touch with thousands of youth instructors at these hospitals and needless to say through email as well.
By doing a greater job in this area our youngsters may have an improved experience, improve instruction, be better organized and do have more fun. Teaching childhood baseball is about X’s and O’s but additionally it is efficiently and successfully communicating with your players and your coaches. This can be a neglected place in many programs that will reap big payoffs.
